The location was great and particularly good for walking around Nipponbashi. The room was good and well-equipped, we had central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV.

We got a room with a bathtub. It was nice to find a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. The location was excellent and favourable, for example, Dotonbori was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

We enjoyed this hotel. The staff was fairly friendly from the moment we arrived. The location was marvellous and super, in the Namba district and minutes away from a train station. Visited few places in the center, at a medium distance from the property.

The amenities provided were generous, and we especially appreciated the coin laundry. The design of the room was great, and the staff was able to communicate in English.
